Announcement on April 7: We received the letter of acceptance from Shanxi Provincial Government Offices Administration. The letter confirms that Shanxi Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and OMH win the bid of the project of intelligent parking ancillary buildings. The estimated total investment of this project is about RMB ￥280 Millions.

With its technical background and professional project experience in the field of intelligent parking, OMH successfully win the bid. This is another great achievement of OMH in this field which significantly enhances OMH’s brand impact and expands OMH’s intelligent parking market.

On March 31, the foundation laying ceremony of the parking building project was held as scheduled. Hu Yuting, member of the Standing Committee of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and Vice-governor of Shanxi Province, announced the start of the project, Han Chunling, Deputy Secretary General of Shanxi Provincial Government, presided over the commencement ceremony, and Wang Yonghong, General Manager of OMH, participated in the ceremony as a representative of the consortium members.

On April 9, the signing ceremony of intelligent parking building project was held. Mao Yiming, Director General of Shanxi Provincial Government Offices Administration, and Wang Yonghong, General Manager of OMH, were present at the meeting.

The intelligent parking ancillary buildings project is located in Northwest corner of the intersection Wucheng Road and Xuefu Street, in Xiaodian District Taiyan City. As a new urban infrastructure construction project, it will use the BOT mode to build two new smart three-dimensional parking buildings with more than 1,200 parking spaces, and one business building. The project will cover a total construction area of 72,000 square meters, and the project duration will be one year.

Once completed, the project will become a benchmark in the field of intelligent parking building in Shanxi and drive the province to develop intensive, intelligent, efficient and comfortable parking facilities. It will be of far-reaching significance to alleviating parking problems in surrounding areas and optimizing urban public services.
