According to the strategy of market and enterprise development, JionTown Group started the construction of a modern pharmaceutical distribution center. The construction of the automatic 3D warehouse project of Shanxi JionTown Pharmaceutical Group will further enhance the core advantages in the field of pharmaceutical circulation, support the growing wholesale and retail business of medicine, and provide third-party pharmaceutical logistics services.
The whole 3D warehouse is mainly planned as three areas: shelf storage area, front area and storage operation area. The shelf storage area is set with 8 lanes and 17280 storages. The front aera of the warehouse is located in the front of the shelf storage area. It is mainly composed of the delivery line, the U type on-line selection line and the restocking line, which is used to complete the delivery of the incoming and outgoing materials and restocking materials, and the delivery capacity reaches 200 pallets per hour. Access and storage operation area is located in the lower right side of shelf storage area, with shape detection device, reading device, LED display screen etc.
