The production line of the Shenlong No. 1 factory welding and conveying line includes: air sled conveyor line, main body production line elevator, ground adjustment line conveyor line, and welding oil catenary, a total of 10 conveyor lines. It is suitable for mixed production of TX9/T9 multi-variety models. The whole workshop mechanical equipment and electronic control equipment are strictly in accordance with the Shenlong DPCA French standard. The conveyor line is equipped with a CS control system to realize real-time monitoring of on-site equipment, vehicle storage area access vehicle scheduling, equipment failure alarm prompts, etc., to achieve vehicle information management.
