The project consists of a total assembly line and a body assembly line. The general assembly line is used for the assembly and inspection of the chassis of the whole vehicle. It consists of two parts. The front part adopts the form of single-chain traction trolley, which can adjust the distance between the trolleys and the vertical return type towline. The rear part adopts the double-chain chain form. The assembly line product is put on the line for lifting equipment, and the product is off the assembly line for the driver's driving products. The product is supported by two to four trolleys on the assembly line to complete the assembly work of the cab, tires, and compartments. In order to make the product automatically and smoothly transition between the two-way board chain and the ground chain, a downward gentle slope is arranged at the end of the ground chain and the overlapping section of the two-way board chain.
The body-packing line is used for the sub-assembly of the cab interior assembly, using a slab conveyor for continuous operation. There are 19 stations in the whole line, the station spacing is 4 meters, the total length is 79.17 meters, and the line speed is 0.3-1m/min (frequency control).
